Responsibility
- Host engaging and interactive livestream sessions on TikTok and Shopee to showcase Fashion & Home Living products.
- Build rapport with viewers, answer questions, and provide detailed product information in real-time.
- Drive sales by highlighting product features, promotions, and exclusive deals during broadcasts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan livestream content, themes, and promotional strategies.
- Monitor audience engagement metrics and adjust presentation style to maximize viewer interaction.
- Maintain a professional and energetic on-camera presence while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, to align with peak audience times.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in livestreaming, sales, or customer service is a plus.
