Responsibility
- Host live streaming sessions on various platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) to promote wall decor products.
- Engage with viewers in real-time, answering questions, providing product details, and encouraging purchases.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute live streaming schedules and promotional campaigns.
- Demonstrate products creatively, showcasing their features, benefits, and applications in home decor.
- Monitor live stream performance metrics and provide feedback to improve future sessions.
- Build and maintain a loyal online community by fostering positive interactions and customer relationships.
- Stay updated on trends in live streaming, e-commerce, and home decor to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Assist in creating promotional materials, such as teasers and highlights, to drive traffic to live sessions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a live streamer, host, or presenter, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a charismatic on-camera presence.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with a track record of driving conversions.
- Familiarity with live streaming platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to audience feedback.
- Basic knowledge of home decor trends and products is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
