Responsibility
- Develop and execute a live-streaming sales strategy aligned with brand goals, focusing on Instagram Live and other platforms.
- Host and coordinate engaging live sessions to showcase products, answer customer queries, and drive real-time conversions.
- Analyze sales metrics and audience insights to refine content, timing, and promotional tactics for maximum impact.
- Create and manage a content calendar for live broadcasts, ensuring consistency and alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality visuals, scripts, and promotional materials for live sessions.
- Prepare detailed performance reports with KPIs (e.g., viewer count, conversion rates, revenue generated) for stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor live-selling activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Train and mentor junior hosts or influencers on best practices for live engagement and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in live-streaming, social media sales, or e-commerce (preferably in hospitality, retail, or digital marketing).
- Exceptional on-camera presence with a charismatic, engaging, and professional demeanor.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Live, TikTok Live, or similar platforms and their algorithms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to inform strategy.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) and basic video editing.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends, to align with peak live-streaming times.
