Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and hospitality properties to identify pest infestations and potential risk areas.
- Develop and implement customized pest control treatment plans using safe, effective, and environmentally responsible methods.
- Apply pesticides, baits, traps, and other pest control measures in accordance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies, sanitation practices, and long-term solutions to minimize future infestations.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details, client feedback, and follow-up schedules.
- Operate and maintain pest control equipment, vehicles, and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Respond promptly to emergency pest control requests, providing effective solutions in high-pressure situations.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, improve service quality, and contribute to company growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Pest Control Technician or in a similar role within the pest management industry.
- Valid pest control license or certification (e.g., from the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of pest biology, behavior, and control methods for common pests in Bali (e.g., rodents, cockroaches, termites, mosquitoes, and ants).
- Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards related to pesticide use and pest control operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces, rooftops, and outdoor areas.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
