Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in compliance with local and national codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical layouts.
- Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, to identify hazards or defects.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using testing devices (e.g., ohmmeter, voltmeter) and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to prevent downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Document all work performed, including time spent, materials used, and issues resolved.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a licensed electrician (minimum 2+ years) in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Valid electrical license or certification recognized in Indonesia (e.g., Sertifikat Ketenagakerjaan).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes (e.g., PUIL), and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to work in various conditions, including heights, confined spaces, and outdoor environments.
- Basic English proficiency (written and verbal) is a plus.
