Responsibility
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and standards, including CAA, FAA, and EASA requirements.
- Conduct thorough inspections, audits, and assessments of aircraft systems, components, and maintenance processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert guidance.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including maintenance records, reports, and compliance certificates.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize aircraft maintenance and quality control processes.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff on best practices and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) License or equivalent certification (e.g., EASA Part-66, FAA A&P).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, quality engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, including ICAO, FAA, EASA, and local CAA standards.
- Proven experience in conducting audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities in an aviation environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical data.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and technical documentation tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
