Responsibility
- Manage and organize legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for attorneys, including travel arrangements and client consultations.
- Prepare and edit legal documents, such as briefs, motions, and discovery requests, with a high degree of precision.
- Liaise with clients, courts, and external parties to facilitate smooth communication and document exchange.
- Maintain and update case files, both digital and physical, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Handle office administration tasks, including billing, expense reports, and supply management.
- Conduct legal research and compile relevant information to support attorneys in case preparation.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or legal department.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal software/tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and documentation standards.
- Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Bachelorās degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
