Responsibility
- Manage student enrollment, registration, and record-keeping with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate learning centre schedules, including class timings, room allocations, and instructor assignments.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of educational materials, ensuring resources are readily available.
- Handle inquiries from students, parents, and staff, providing clear and professional communication.
- Maintain inventory of office and learning supplies, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages.
- Organize and promote learning centre events, workshops, and community engagement activities.
- Process payments, invoices, and financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with educators and management to improve administrative processes and student experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative, office support, or customer service roles, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor and problem-solving attitude.
- Familiarity with student management systems or CRM software is advantageous.
