Responsibility
- Architect and Design: Develop and implement scalable, high-performance Data, AI, and Analytics solutions tailored to business needs.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as the primary SME for Data & AI, guiding teams on best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, data scientists, and engineers to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
- Innovation & R&D: Research and evaluate emerging technologies in AI, Machine Learning, and Big Data to drive continuous improvement.
- Solution Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI and data projects, ensuring timeliness, quality, and scalability.
- Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in data pipelines and AI models to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all solutions adhere to data governance, privacy, and security standards.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 8+ years in Solution Architecture, with a focus on Data, AI, and Analytics.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark), and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale technical initiatives.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to design innovative solutions for complex business challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data Engineering, or AI/ML.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends in AI, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
