Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to streamline business processes.
- Provide day-to-day support for business applications, including incident investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize and maintain existing Power Platform applications to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Mentor junior analysts and team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
- Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and industry best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, application support, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and related technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., PL-100, PL-200) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment.
