Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) processes, including order entry, invoicing, and collections.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies in a professional and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to streamline OTC workflows and improve efficiency.
- Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue payments to optimize cash flow.
- Provide bilingual support (Korean and English) to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance OTC performance.
- Prepare and present financial reports to management as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Order to Cash (OTC) or Accounts Receivable roles.
- Fluency in Korean and English (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Experience in a multinational or shared services environment is a plus.
