Responsibility
- Develop and execute video concepts in collaboration with KOLs, brands, and marketing teams.
- Shoot high-quality video content using professional equipment for campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.
- Edit and enhance raw footage into polished, engaging videos with motion graphics, sound design, and color grading.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for video content optimization.
- Manage end-to-end video production, including scripting, storyboarding, location scouting, and post-production.
- Collaborate with influencers to align video content with their personal brand and campaign objectives.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Optimize videos for various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to maximize reach and engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA), Diploma (D3), or Bachelorâs Degree (S1) in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in videography and video editing, preferably in advertising, social media, or influencer marketing.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative video projects, including KOL collaborations or brand campaigns.
- Familiarity with video SEO, platform-specific formatting, and analytics tools.
- Excellent storytelling skills with an eye for detail in composition, lighting, and pacing.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
