Responsibility
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and marinating ingredients to support the kitchen team.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards.
- Support chefs in plating and presenting dishes according to established recipes and quality guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow all kitchen protocols, including proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.
- Assist in basic cooking tasks under the supervision of senior kitchen staff.
- Uphold a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is preferred but not required.

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
