Responsibility
- Oversee and manage customer accounts to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, customer support) to align on project deliverables and timelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact for program-related inquiries.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare and present regular reports on program status, customer feedback, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather customer requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to enhance program delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or customer success roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity and accountability.
- Passion for customer success and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
