Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage customer accounts to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, customer support) to align on project deliverables and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact for program-related inquiries.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on program status, customer feedback, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather customer requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to enhance program delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or customer success roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity and accountability.
  • Passion for customer success and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
