Responsibility
- Lead the technical development and testing of gate automation systems and related security products.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Design and write comprehensive user manuals and technical documentation for products.
- Build and present product demonstrations for internal teams and potential clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the engineering and support teams.
- Assist in prototyping and iterating on product designs based on feedback and testing results.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality assurance protocols.
- Support cross-functional teams in integrating automation solutions with other security systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong foundation in product development, testing methodologies, or automation systems.
- Familiarity with CAD software, circuit design, or programming (Python, C++, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for technical documentation and communication.
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning in the security and automation industry.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Badung, Bali (preferred).
