Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Support the finance team in managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and financial records to maintain data integrity.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digital and physical, in accordance with company standards.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as assigned by the finance manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic understanding of financial principles, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
