Responsibility
- Review and accurately record receiving reports and financial transactions.
- Prepare and process checks, invoices, and billing statements.
- Manage bank transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support in auditing processes by providing necessary financial data and reports.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
