Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the general ledger and monthly financial statements.
- Perform bank and balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and aging reports.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting workflows and financial reporting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and local statutory regulations.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as requested by the Finance Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of relevant experience is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or local accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) is highly required.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
