Responsibility
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for ICT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams (developers, QA, UX/UI, and business analysts) to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
- Monitor project progress using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies and adjust strategies as needed.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize project disruptions.
- Prepare and present status reports, stakeholder updates, and post-project reviews to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (PMBOK, ITIL) and organizational policies.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, scope definition, and change management processes.
- Optimize resource allocation and vendor relationships to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- PMP certification (Project Management Professional) or equivalent (PRINCE2, CSM).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex ICT projects.
- Strong expertise in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting, risk assessment, and resource planning.
- Experience with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and IT infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
