- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and production environment stability.
- Provide tier-2/3 technical support and serve as the final escalation point for complex IT issues.
- Monitor system performance and implement automation strategies to reduce manual overhead.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations (AWS/GCP/Azure), and system administration.
- Proven expertise in managing SaaS ecosystems (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, etc.) and security protocols.
- Strong background in networking (VPNs, firewalls, DNS) and server management.
- Demonstrated experience in scripting/automation (e.g., Python, Bash, or Terraform) to optimize workflows.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in incident response management.
