Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive internal audits to assess financial and operational risks.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit findings.
- Monitor and follow up on corrective actions taken by management.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost savings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in auditing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or risk management.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
