Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end insurance operations, including policy administration, claims processing, and renewals.
- Coordinate with insurance providers, brokers, and underwriters to ensure accurate and timely policy issuance.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with local and international insurance regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Prepare and analyze insurance reports, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve insurance-related issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to align insurance solutions with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in insurance operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance operations, preferably in the automotive or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, claims management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
