Responsibility
- Act as the primary business consultant for client engagements, ensuring smooth software implementation and adoption.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Configure and customize RealPage software solutions to meet specific client business processes.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on software functionality and best practices.
- Develop and maintain implementation project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation phase.
- Gather client feedback and work with product teams to enhance software features and usability.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions and maintaining strong relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or project management, preferably in real estate or property management technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or ERP software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) or software implementation is advantageous.
- Familiarity with real estate industry processes and terminology is a strong plus.
