Responsibility
- Assemble and package products according to company specifications and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain assembly line machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
- Follow standardized work instructions and adhere to workplace safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize productivity and safety.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking materials and reporting shortages.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in assembly, production, or warehouse environments (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and quality control principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with a 4-3-3-4 shift schedule.
- Good communication skills in English (basic Indonesian is a plus).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
