Responsibility
- Install, service, and repair HVAC/R systems, including split units, VRF systems, chillers, and ductwork in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics to ensure peak system performance and energy efficiency.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, replacing faulty components (compressors, motors, thermostats, etc.) as needed.
- Comply with local and international safety standards, including proper handling of refrigerants and adherence to EPA/ASHRAE guidelines.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to assess needs and provide cost-effective HVAC solutions.
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and inventory of tools and parts.
- Educate clients on system operation, maintenance best practices, and energy-saving tips.
- Respond to emergency service calls promptly and professionally, ensuring minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as an HVAC Technician, with a proven track record in installation and repair.
- Certification in HVAC/R (e.g., EPA 608, NATE, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and blueprint reading.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools (manifold gauges, multimeters, leak detectors) and interpret schematics.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs), work in confined spaces, and climb ladders/scaffolding.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driverās license and willingness to travel across Baliās key areas.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
