Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of HVAC technicians on installation, maintenance, and repair projects
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for air conditioning systems
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical recommendations for system improvements
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget completion
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution
- Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including service reports and equipment logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Professional certification in air conditioning and refrigeration (e.g., EPA 608, RAC, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of various HVAC systems, including split systems, VRV/VRF, and chilled water systems
- Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations in Indonesia
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
