Responsibility
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and compliance reports.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration under supervision.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities or policy reviews.
- Conduct basic HR analytics and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.
