Responsibility
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, public areas, and hotel corridors.
- Perform thorough room sanitization and housekeeping tasks as per established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Act as a 'floater' to support various departments and floors based on daily operational occupancy requirements.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies efficiently to ensure room readiness.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, adhering to all workplace safety and health guidelines.
- Ensure that all guest requests are attended to promptly and with a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning services is highly preferred.
- Possess a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be comfortable traveling between Novena and Tanjong Pagar as assigned.
- Basic command of English to understand instructions and communicate with team members.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and adapt to changing operational needs.
