Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Monitor hotel expenditures, analyze financial data, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis for hotel operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, payroll processing, and statutory reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct internal audits and implement controls to safeguard company assets.
- Support external audits and liaise with auditors as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). Indonesian language proficiency is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations is preferred.
