Responsibility
- Assist with the setup, breakdown, and logistics of events, functions, and daily operations in hospitality venues.
- Transport and deliver supplies, equipment, or guest amenities efficiently and discreetly.
- Support front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, storage spaces, and service zones.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate timely deliveries and inventory management.
- Adhere to safety protocols and handle equipment or materials with care to prevent damage or loss.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, directions, or special requests.
- Stay adaptable to shifting priorities and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, events, or a similar fast-paced service environment (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift/move items up to 20 kg.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license (for motorbike or car) and familiarity with Bali’s geography.
- Problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude in high-pressure situations.
- Professional appearance and a commitment to upholding service standards.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in hospitality settings.
