Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upgrade of hospital infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare facility standards (e.g., Kemenkes, SNI, JCI).
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to execute infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
- Monitor energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
- Conduct risk assessments and emergency preparedness planning for critical hospital systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance logs, work orders, and compliance reports.
- Provide technical support during hospital expansions, renovations, or new technology integrations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and healthcare infrastructure standards.
- Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CAD software, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with sustainable and green building practices is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
