Responsibility
- Lead and conduct comprehensive audits to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor robust quality assurance frameworks and remediation plans to address audit findings.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify root causes of non-compliance and drive sustainable process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to contractually binding audit targets and performance metrics, reporting progress to senior management.
- Facilitate training and awareness programs to promote a culture of quality and compliance across the organization.
- Analyze quality data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for operational enhancements.
- Liaise with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment with industry best practices.
- Oversee the documentation and reporting of audit results, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare quality management, compliance, or audit roles.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards (e.g., ISO, JCI), and accreditation processes.
- Proven experience in conducting audits, root cause analysis, and developing remediation plans.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English.
- Certification in healthcare quality (e.g., CPHQ, Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with the ability to manage virtual teams effectively.
