Join GA HR Consultancy Inc. as the Head of Store Expansion, Business Development & Engineering and lead the strategic growth of a fast-growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand across Indonesia. This is a unique opportunity to drive nationwide expansion, secure prime locations, and oversee the engineering and development of new store concepts in Bali’s most dynamic markets—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
In this high-impact role, you will spearhead site acquisition, feasibility studies, and end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with the brand’s aggressive growth targets. Your expertise in real estate negotiations, construction management, and business development will be critical in scaling operations while maintaining operational excellence and cost efficiency.

Responsibility
- Strategic Expansion Planning: Develop and execute a data-driven store expansion roadmap for Bali and beyond, identifying high-potential markets and growth opportunities.
- Site Acquisition & Negotiation: Lead lease negotiations, property evaluations, and site selections to secure prime locations that align with brand standards and ROI targets.
- Project & Construction Management: Oversee end-to-end store development, from design and permitting to construction, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery while adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of new stores into the existing network.
- Feasibility & Financial Analysis: Conduct market research, financial modeling, and ROI assessments to validate expansion decisions and optimize capital allocation.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with landlords, contractors, government agencies, and internal stakeholders to streamline approvals and executions.
- Engineering & Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and brand specifications, while implementing innovative, cost-effective solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs related to expansion timelines, budget adherence, and store performance post-launch, driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 8+ years in store expansion, business development, or real estate within the QSR, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
- Negotiation Expertise: Strong background in commercial lease negotiations, property acquisitions, and contract management.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction management, architectural design, and permitting processes in Indonesia.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Industry Network: Established relationships with landlords, developers, and local authorities in Bali (preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Language & Communication: Fluent in English with exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills.
