Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive revenue growth across all digital channels, with a focus on TikTok Shop and other social commerce platforms.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing e-commerce and digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Optimize user experience (UX) and conversion rates on all e-commerce platforms, including website, mobile app, and social media storefronts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, IT) to ensure seamless order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service.
- Spearhead performance marketing campaigns, including paid social, influencer partnerships, and SEO/SEM to boost traffic and sales.
- Analyze KPIs and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with TikTok, marketplace partners, and tech vendors to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Oversee content creation and brand storytelling to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in e-commerce management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling e-commerce businesses, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or FMCG sectors.
- Deep expertise in TikTok Shop, social commerce, and digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email, influencer marketing).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or emerging markets is highly desirable.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a customer-centric mindset.
