Responsibility
- Develop and design high-quality visual concepts for digital and print media, including brochures, banners, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that exceed expectations.
- Prepare and finalize print-ready files, ensuring accuracy in color, resolution, and dimensions for optimal output.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in digital printing.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative design solutions.
- Review and approve proofs, making necessary adjustments based on feedback from clients or production teams.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects to ensure easy retrieval and consistency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in digital printing or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly for print media.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring error-free and visually appealing designs.
- Familiarity with prepress processes and print production standards is a plus.
