Responsibility
- Design and produce high-quality visual content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as banners, flyers, infographics, and digital ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive brand visuals and campaign assets.
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia content for digital use.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative concepts and campaign ideas.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
- Support the team in ad-hoc design tasks and project-based deliverables.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects (social media, branding, or digital marketing preferred).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, color, and typography.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take direction from senior designers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
