Responsibility
- Assist in the design and production of print and digital materials, including brochures, social media graphics, and branding assets.
- Collaborate with senior designers to develop creative concepts and refine visual ideas.
- Prepare and format design files for print and web, ensuring high-quality output.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas to projects.
- Support the team in maintaining brand consistency across all design deliverables.
- Conduct research on design trends, tools, and techniques to stay current with industry standards.
- Assist in photo editing, retouching, and image manipulation as needed.
- Receive and implement constructive feedback to improve design skills and outputs.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related program.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects (academic or personal).
- Basic understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning and improving design skills.
- Familiarity with print production processes is a plus.
