Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial administration and grants management? Adecco is currently seeking a motivated Grants/Finance Admin Executive to join our team on a contract basis in the Central Region. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting financial operations, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, and maintaining meticulous administrative records.

The successful candidate will be a vital link between finance and operations, helping to streamline processes and ensure that funding is utilized effectively and reported accurately. Responsibility

  • Process and verify grant applications and financial disbursement claims in accordance with internal policies.
  • Prepare and manage financial reports, ensuring data integrity and timely submission to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update filing systems for all grant-related documentation and financial records.
  • Perform reconciliations of accounts and assist in audit preparation activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to track budget utilization and flag potential discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and general ledger entries.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and correspondence.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in financial administration, grants processing, or accounts support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high levels of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally across departments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Prior experience with grant management software or ERP systems is highly preferred.
