Responsibility
- Coordinate and execute government-led events, festivals, and community programs in the Bras Basah.Bugis Creative District.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events, including digital campaigns, social media, and email outreach.
- Create engaging content (written, visual, and multimedia) to support event promotions and stakeholder communications.
- Liaise with government agencies, local businesses, and cultural partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event logistics, including venue bookings, vendor coordination, and on-site operations.
- Monitor and report on event performance, attendance, and stakeholder feedback.
- Assist in budget management and resource allocation for assigned projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event marketing and content creation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event coordination, marketing, or content creation, preferably in a government or creative sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
- Familiarity with the cultural and creative landscape of Bali is a plus.
