Responsibility
- Lead the planning and execution of global transition projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Develop and implement comprehensive transition strategies, including process documentation, training programs, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of transition processes, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with global standards and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Act as a key liaison between global and local teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress and reporting on key milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in transition management, project management, or a similar role within a global organization.
