Responsibility
- Lead the Global Network Engineering function, defining and executing the strategic vision for our networking products and services
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and sales teams to drive product development and deployment
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
- Mentor and guide a team of network engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Work closely with customers and partners to gather feedback and ensure our solutions meet their evolving needs
- Stay abreast of emerging networking technologies and industry best practices to maintain our competitive edge
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in networking, with at least 3 years in a technical product leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex networking projects
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, architectures, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, MPLS, SD-WAN, NFV, 5G)
- Experience with cloud networking and virtualization technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMware)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, global team environment
