Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of all F&B units, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of managers and staff to deliver exceptional performance.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze KPIs, and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all units.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and addressing feedback proactively.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovate to enhance the customer experience and competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the F&B industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving profitability, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing environments, and make data-driven decisions.
