Responsibility
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and accruals.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address findings.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the implementation of financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks.
- Liaise with other departments to gather financial information and ensure consistency in reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and local GAAP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
