Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth business functions.
- Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies, including procurement and maintenance.
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
- Supervise general affairs staff, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
- Handle vendor and contractor relationships for office services, security, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement procedural improvements to enhance workplace productivity.
- Prepare reports and documentation for management review and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in general affairs, administration, or operations, preferably in the manufacturing or printing industry.
- Strong knowledge of office management, procurement, and facility maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
