Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the maintenance of all company facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of building utilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and prepare detailed reports on operational status and improvement recommendations.
- Ensure efficient space utilization and workplace safety across all company premises.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational needs and facility-related projects.
- Manage budgets and expenses related to facility operations and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management, civil engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage projects, vendors, and budgets effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy-efficient solutions is a plus.
