Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and audits.
- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and support business growth.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus.
