Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, artists, and partners, ensuring a premium experience at every touchpoint.
  • Administer and update the gallery’s digital platforms, including website content, online listings, and virtual exhibition tools.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to promote exhibitions and events through digital channels, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Assist in inventory management, including tracking artwork movements, condition reports, and loan agreements.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on gallery performance, visitor engagement, and digital platform metrics.
  • Collaborate with curators and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of physical and digital gallery experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Art History, Fine Arts, Museum Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in gallery administration, arts management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in digital tools for artwork documentation (e.g., Adobe Suite, inventory software) and platform management (e.g., CMS, CRM).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
