Responsibility
- Manage and organize funeral service documentation, including contracts, permits, and client records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate schedules for funeral arrangements, ensuring timely and respectful execution of services.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and service delivery.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of funeral service materials, including programs, obituaries, and other necessary documents.
- Provide compassionate and professional support to grieving families, demonstrating empathy and discretion.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the workplace is well-stocked and organized.
- Support the finance team with invoicing, billing, and other financial administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the funeral services industry or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data management systems.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and sensitivity when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus.
