Responsibility
- Manage full-set accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and journal entries.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-set accounting, preferably within an accounting firm.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
