Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1+ years) in front office, customer service, or healthcare administration.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and healthcare management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required.
